His catarrh is worse again and he coughs too. And now he has trouble getting to sleep at night. I get him up early enough and then he sings and talks and carries on until near ten o'clock every night. And then of course he's dopy in the morning. Well, perhaps he will have improved before this letter ever gets off. For one thing it's been beastly hot upstairs. 

We've been getting along very nicely--Waltons took us riding on Memorial day and want to take me to the graduation tomorrow night but I'd already invited the program committee up here for that evening. I think I've attended to all the payments and phone calls. The Greene's came to call on Sunday afternoon but I had gone calling on the Hochbaums. I'm glad that I did go too. They have a fine place. A real bargain.
