made a side trip to Monticello, Jefferson's home and them went to Charlotsville, saw the University of Virginia and the V.M.I. beautiful buildings and campus, all in Colonial style, and then home over Fredericksburg, rode [[strikethrough]] l [[/strikethrough]] right-by Mammy's house, it looked deserted.
