I haven't the nerve.

My busy time is beginning. In the first place Thelma is spending a few days or rather nights with us as Ed & Joy have taken your mother for a short trip. She sleeps in the boys bed and he is down on the couch. Then I've worked like blazes over that club program. Now it's done and I'm quite proud of it. The Club meets here next Wednesday night. We'll have a full house too. And school starts next week and now dummy Thelma has arranged for me to accompany her dancing at the City Club again and it's the dickens for me to get away. I've explained some of the reasons in my other letters which you haven't received yet.
