We had a wonderful drive to Harpers Ferry. Mrs. Hunn certainly is generous when she's in a mind to be so. My eyes are so tired and ache so that I can't write long and this goes off tomorrow.

Your mail comes so differently. I've never gotten anything in order yet. And now something is held up in the customs house and must be opened. Well, I seem to get it all eventually.

I stopped at the post office to-day and they said I can send the money order alright so I'll do so tomorrow.
