Transcription Notes:
The second column looks like standard letter+number combinations of stellar classes, but the 0's and 2's look a bit like they might be subscripts, instead. Number 7 appears to be MA or Ma rather than M with a number. Similarly, 21 Mb. I'm assuming the a's are intended to be capital A's. The third column is labeled "Int." or "Iut."; I'm trying to compare the "nu" in "January" but I can't tell. However, I'm thinking it's short for "integrated" (flux or something). The circumflexes appear to have been done as a group, as they are more consistent with each other than with their lines (probably a checkmark of sorts). The actual checkmarks appear to be in darker/thicker ink than the rest.
