[[underlined]] The Freer Residuary Legacy [[/underlined]] has not yet been received by the Institution.

[[underlined]] Avery Bequest. [[/underlined]] One piece of improved property, on East Capitol Street, yielding a nominal rent, remains to be sold before this estate can be closed. The bequest, which is allowed to accumulate by reinvestment of its income now amounts to $31,527.00.

[[underlined]] Poore Bequest. [[/underlined]] Several parcels of unimproved land near the City of Lowell, Massachusetts, constitute the residue of this bequest. They are being sold as favorable opportunities offer. It will be remembered that Mr. Poore imposed the condition that his gift should be allowed to accumulated
