Redfield It was decided that the Chairmen of the several Special Committees should be regarded as members ex officio of the Advisory Committee for purposes of consultation. A Committee on Building to consider the question of providing plans for a building to house the art collections was elected, with Dr. Charles Moore as Chairman. The second meeting of the Commission (the first annual meeting) was held in the Smithsonian Institution on Tuesday, December 9, 1921, at 10 A.M., the Chairman, Dr. Daniel Chester French, presiding.
