Can it never, never express it? Can the soul never be emptied so that in peace it may rest? Even though one once expressed fully one idea would one be satisfied, even momentarily. Souls are capable of so much, of all and we struggle & fight to say one little bit, but after that - again we try, but what next. Oh the long drawn out agony of it. The horrible hell it involves. And yet to be silent is impossible. I wonder has any artist ever felt that he has said all he had to say. Perhaps it is the reason that so many really great artists have been so many sided. Unable to express but a small part in painting, they rush into sculpture and then pass to litterature or music.
