Dear folks,

Don't worry about the expense to Robert: he had bought the tickets long ago. He sent the "over" one to Margaret Currier: if she cannot use it it is there for me: this will give me a chance to meet her, which he wished. He says he is working well, but needs a little more rest; he is putting in the last job, plumbing, now. I don't know any more of the disease than that it was a virus.

I enjoyed "12th night" very much last night - I wish you could have been there, there was full, consistent thinking out of solemn good music & background. Mr Garis - Bob - did too. We had supper together & beer with his friends (close) the Layman's afterwards. There is something very sweet about him despite his taste which I sometimes do not understand; [[strikethrough]] as [[/strikethrough]]
