DESKAIDE THE SILENT SECRETARY 1942

Fair. We went to Wails Bluff, (Chancellors Point) St. Mary's City, + and Langley's Bluff. We got up at 5. + started at 6:30 A.M. We got home at 7:30. I got a bucket (big) full of large ornamental stones from beach. One was small + heart shaped with red + yellow blotches + another unusual one was light brown with large round dark brown spot + other pretty ones + ones to go around outside pool (some are for aquarium (salt water - I got 4 gal + 2/3 bucket (biggest one) + 1 can of 2 or three stones with
green seaweed, 3 tiny eels, 1 very tiny crab + 1 big mummichug + 1 bucket (smaller than biggest) of sand + 1/4 can of fine rocks + at Langley's bluff 1 sheepshead minnow + 2 or 3 shrimp + 6 small mummichug I got some crimson clover plants (annual) I didn't put the fish in the aquarium.

I went to school. No allowance. One mummichug jumped out + died. (large but not largest). I sent for a free bottle of Jergens hand lotion !!!! at The Andrew Jergens Company 5130 Alfred Street Cincinnati, Ohio. [Dolores is back] We have lots of homework now - tests to study for. We have our 1st real exams this year. I put the mummichugs + 1 sheepshead + 1 shrimp + crab + sea weeds + prettiest stones + 9 sea anemones in aquarium + 3 sheepsheads + pile of snails + fresh water plants in former sea anemone bowl. I went to my singing lesson.
