Fair. //[Strikethough]//. I went to my singing lesson alone at 8:30. My transfer didn't last long enough but I held the end & got back O.K. I got home at 15 to 12 & went to my //[Strikethough]// piano teachers after a quick lunch at 12:15. I sold about 20 lbs. of scrap rubber inner tubes & shoes - got only 5¢ for them - the man said 5¢ worth was just the cloth on the shoes - I think he jipped me - then I went directly to Safeway (rode from teachers to Caso Station to store & home) Saw Rosamond Jones on way home. (Goes with Helen Dean - has dark kinky permanent - not pretty) & she said she was going to swim downtown - her boyfriend (?!!) was taking her. I feel mean my bathing suits are too tight & old & only have L patches L files pajamas to wear - mother said she only had dress for 1/2 yr. at college. [Left-side bar of the left page] I have an awful lot of work to do always.

If it is fair tomorrow we are going to the beach for Sat & Sun.
