Mother got shoes too. I got 2 sets (1 for Bobby) of 25 cents [[cents symbol]] (12 brown ones a set) rubber curlers. I stayed home + worked in the morning + in afternoon Bobby + I went black-berrying. I picked 2 qts. Bobby picked 1 3/4 qts. I sold 1 qt. + gave other to Bobby's father to take to fellow who works at his Esso (gasoline) station + will pay me tomorrow. I have 20 cents [[cents symbol]] more - $2.30 now!
