DECEMBER 14 MONDAY

Fair & very, very cold - around 20˚. I went to school as usual. I stayed home in evening - hadn't much homework. I got A in all 3 Latin tests & all German work & B on Geometry test. I started a pretty box yesterday - painted a small box dark blue & punched out of magazines red & yellow rounds [[image - drawing of small circles]] which I pasted on box:

DECEMBER 15 TUESDAY 

Fair & not so cold. I went to school as usual-got A in Gym test - but made mistakes. After school I had [[strikethrough]] didn't have so much [[/strikethrough]] a lot of homework so stayed home all evening. Worked on box. Semi-finished top

No stems - 3 yellow flowers & red centers, 1 red with yellow centers & two reddish brown buds with yellow centers.
