Agreement to Measure Atmospheric Gases Agreement would be sought from national space agencies to carry instruments that measure atmospheric gases (CO2, CH4, N2O, CFC, halons, CC144, and O3), on the polar platforms and satellites whenever feasible. Data from these instruments would be calibrated internationally and made freely available to all interested parties. 17
