The Commissioner inform me that they cannot well arrange to take the Hosp'tl &c until the last of the month, and desire that the transfer be not made until the 1st of December. I respectfully recommend that an issue of sixty days rations of corn and Bacon be made to the Hospital and Colony at the time of transfer.
