Office Supt. So. Dist. N.C.

Respectfully forwarded with a recommendation that Mr. Weld's salary be increased at least, Twenty five Dollars ($25.00) per month. His present salary is One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per month.

Mr. Weld is a very competent Agent and his services are, in my opinion worth more than the amount he at present receives.
