Encloses copy of advertisement dated May 22d 1869 of Bureau property, to be sold.  The same has been sent for publication to  the "N.Y. Tribune" "Washington Chronicle" "Macon American Union" and Atlanta "New Era" for 200 posters. the same as advertised.  |

Encloses copy of deed to School Trustees of property at Americus Ga. States that a very good two story building has been erected on this land, the lower story for a school he desires to complete and seat it properly, the cost of completion with seats and desks will be something over $450.00, that in the building at Americus owned by the Bureau, on land of the Baptist Church, thier is a school of 140 to 200 pupils, and another school of 70 pupils in the upper story to be finished.  Recommends authority be granted to complete the building. |
