States that the school building at Cairo Ill. erected by the aid of the Bureau and belonging to the Western Mission Society has been burnt by incindiarism, and that Society earnestly solicits aid from the Bureau in rebuilding; that he has business at Chicago connected with Freedman's schools and requests an order by process to this point. |

He can perform the duties of claim agent with increased facility. |
