Stating that as their educational work, so far as regards primary and grade schools, will terminate this season, and they intend to dispose of their property in Richmond. proposes to offer to the Richmond Edl Association which owns the Normal School in the immediate vicinity and will sell the property (consisting of school house Teacher's home outhouses & lot), which cost between $4 and $5000.00 for $2000.00 Requests the Asst. Comr to make the offer in question, use his influence to effect the sale and do what he can to enable the Association to complete the purchase. Invites attention to enclosed report of R.M.
