Sweeny gave a note for $2000, in return for money deposited with him by Napoleon Bowman, (deceased) and in payment of said note gave a mortgage on his property in Helena, which is already mortgaged to its full extent & that the property will soon be sold and asks if it cannot be postponed until the country recuperates a little. when the property will be sufficient to meet all the mortgages. |
