Dear Jack:

I received your lines of April 6th and, of course, was disappointed that you could not find your way clear to acquire one or two of the items I sent out to you, particularly as they were so inexpensive. I shall be interested to hear if Dr. Valentiner or the Museum acquires the Guys drawing. 

If you have no further use for the La Fresnaye water colors, I should be grateful to you for returning them during the course of the next week.
