Dear Mr. Mayer:--
Since my last letter to you, I have discovered that you prepaid the transportation charges on the two cases of paintings recently shipped. You were very kind to have been so thoughtful, and I am sending you this note, to request that the item of freight be charged to my account. Future shipments to me may be sent charges collect.
All of the pictures contained in the two cases arrived in excellent condition - not a single glass broken nor the frames marred in any way. Kindly express my satisfaction and thanks to your packers.

Yours very truly,
Charles L Freer
