I wired you today.
"Perfect interior trip. Tignoner Hongkong Shanghai Bank Teetotal, Reindeer Shanghai." i.e. telling you of the perfection of my trip to the interior and asking you to cable me £1.500. through the Hongkong Shanghai Bank - and saying that my address hereafter will be Shanghai. By Shanghai I mean, as before, in care of the H.S. Bank at Shanghai.

I shall doubtless reach Shanghai about Decem 15th to 20th, as named in my letter which accompanies this. Will you kindly advise George Alger of my change of future address, and greatly oblige,
