DEAR SIR:
Absence from Detroit has prevented earlier reply to your letter of the thirteenth instant. As yet I have not issued any catalog or printed report of the collection presented by me to the Smithsonian Institute, nor have I a suitable photograph of the building in which they are now housed.

Under separate cover, I am sending you a copy of the Century Magazine (January 1907) which gives a brief account of the collection, and which I trust will answer your purpose.

Sincerely yours,
Charles L. Freer
