Mr. Charles L. Freer,
Detroit, Michigan.
Dear Sir;-
We have succeeded in getting off the two "lamp post" cases today, by American Express, prepaid, as requested. The 6ft. case however, we very much regret, cannot go forward before the middle of next week. We have been compelled to shut down for a few days for boiler repairs much against our wishes, but being absolutely necessary, we will have to ask our customer indulgence for a few days. If, because of this delay, there is any change in the shipping instructions, kindly advise us accordingly.
Hoping the two cases will reach you in due time and awaiting your further valued favors, we remain
Yours truly,
