Dear Mr. Rathbun:

Referring to the conversation had with you and your accountant on Tuesday last, I have pleasure in sending herewith my check, payable to your order for 250., which I trust you will be good enough to place to my credit so as to increase the fund which is left with you for the payment of freight or other charges that may be presented on shipments made by me. My recollection is that the figures shown me by your accountant left a balance of $174.21 standing to my credit on your books. The remittance sent herewith will leave to my credit something over $400., which I feel will take care of freights and other incidental expenses during the next fiscal year.

Please receipt the voucher enclosed herewith and return same at your convenience.

Yours very truly,
(Signed) Charles L. Freer
