Dec. 19/95.

Dear Will:

Your recent letter and also another from Peabody I found awaiting my return from an absence of nearly two weeks. I have to-day paid the Peabody note in full with interest, and inclosed herewith take pleasure in handing you draft on New York for $500.00.

I was in New York recently and hoped to have gone to Kingston but could not spare the time. Presume I shall be down some time during January, when I hope to see you.

Yours ever,
Charles

Mr. W. H. Freer,
Kingston, N.Y.
