Mr. M.S. Rhoman
Michaelis & Rohman,
224 Fifth Ave., New York.

Dear Sir:

Absence has prevented earlier reply to your letter of 27th alt.

The facts as stated to you by your representative, Mr. Meyer, are correct -- simply because of the discourtesy received from you I stopped patronizing your shop. It is useless to refer in detail
to matters of this sort, and I spoke with Mr. Meyer concerning them only to prevent useless calls upon me by an innocent salesman.

I am quite aware that my small patronage is of no consequence to your house, and inasmcuh as my modest needs can be provided for elsewhere, I shall not disturb you further either by a personal call as suggested in your letter or by any further transactions of any sort with your firm.

Yours very truly,
Charles L Freer
