Mr. Edward S. Hull, Jr.,
31 Nassau Street, New York City.

My dear Mr. Hull:-

I am sending you herewith enclosed draft on New York payable to your order for six hundred dollars, in settlement for the books, as per our conversation.

Referring to the set of three volumes illustrating bronze work, contained in the box, which you and I spoke about while at the Lincoln Safe Deposit Company. You will remember that the price on the cover was $150.00. I find that is is scheduled in the price list at $100.00. If you consider my offer of fifty dollars a fair price, you may send the box to me and I will remit promptly after receipt. The number in the list is 617 Koboyashi.

I have been extremely busy since reaching home and have not had a chance to look at the prints, but will do so as soon as possible.

With personal regards, I am,
Yours very truly,
Charles L. Freer
