645 (634) September 13th, 1898. Mr. Edward S. Hull, Jr., 31 Nassau Street, New York City. My dear Mr. Hull:- On my return home I find your recent favors and note same fully. I have also again examined the Kobaiyashi prints and I am forced to repeat what I said in my letter of earlier date, that is, that six hundred dollars for the Kobaiyashi lot is all I would care to pay for them. If this price is satisfactory to you I would be pleased to keep them and remit promptly, or if you feel that this offer is lower than you are authorized to accept, I will return the prints to the Lincoln Safety Deposit Company, charges prepaid. I wish you would write me more fully concerning the pottery mentioned. Can't you get a list of the articles, together with prices, and send it to me for examination? Yours very truly, Charles L Freer
