I...Capt. J. H. Remmington, V.R.C. is hereby relieved from duty as Asst. Supt R.F. and A.L. having reported in compliance with Par. 2, S.O. 60, C.S. War Dept. Bureau R.F. & A.L. is hereby ordered to report in person, without delay, to Genl. S.C. Armstrong, Supt 9th Dist, Fort Monroe, Va, for assignment to duty.-

II...The following named Officers having reported in compliance with Par. 2, S.O. 57, C.S. War Dept, Bureau R.F. and A.L. are hereby ordered to report in person, without delay, to Bvt. Maj. H.S. How, A. L. M. Supt, 6th Dist, Winchester, Va, for assignment to duty - to relieve one of the civilian Asst. Supts.

Capt. George P. Sherwood, 13th  V.R.C.

IV...Capt. John O'Neil, 22nd Regt. V.R.C is hereby relieved from duty in 10th Dist, Bureau R.F. and A.L. and will proceed at once to Wytheville, Va, reporting in his arrival to Bvt. Maj. B.C. Carter, A.L. and Supt, for assignment.
