II. . . . So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of James Paine (Colored), consisting of a lot of land, situated in the Town of Hampton, Elizabeth City County, Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions. Viz:

1st. The property will be restored to James Paine, (Colored), upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued. -

III. . . So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of S. S. Howard, deceased, consisting of a lot of land, situated in the town of Hampton, Elizabeth City County, Va, is restored to Wm. S. Howard, Administrator, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8, Cir. 15, Series 1865, War Department, Bureau R.F. & A.L, and upon the following conditions - Viz:

1st. The property will be restored to Wm S. Howard, Administrator, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling the heirs to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued. -

I. . . All personal property in possession of this Bureau belonging to Mrs. Ann McRae, of Portsmouth, Va, and which can be identified as her property, will be restored to her, by Captain A.S. Flagg, A.Q.M. and Superintendent, 1st District, Bureau R.F. & A.L. Norfolk, Va. -

II. . . So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over the property of John A. Rosson, consisting of Houses and lots Nos 2, 4, 8 and 10 Virginia Street, and 64 Bute Street, Norfolk, Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions - Viz:
1st. The property will be restored to John A. Rosson, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued. -
