The remodelling of the Academy [[?]] our instructive institution of large ample privilege, is what I hope you will advocate. Not for the purpose of making artists of a prescribed clan 
- but for free, liberal, gratuitous priviledge & a class of youth who can be aided in no other way . If there is any thing in which I can serve you in this part of the world please command me & believe me in great haste.
