Dear Mr. Clarke.

I had a long interview with Mr Kurtz who called on behalf of the Columbian Ex[[underscored superscript]]h[[/superscript]]. 
   He expressed a desire on the part of the management of the arts dept [[underline]] not [[/underline]] to have me fully represented & says my work need not go to the Armory but can be passed on [[?]] & remain at the owners homes until needed. He also says there will be no pictures shown except sent by the artists
