In the morning I went down to market with Mrs Mason. Just as we were leaving the house the postman handed me a card -- notice of a parcel for us -- so I went in the[[strikethrough]] re [[/strikethrough]] [[insertion]] P.O. When we got home Mrs Mason asked me if I was willing to help her clean out her desk drawers which were infested with ptinus beetles. It was great sport and I collected both beetles, and stamps which were on envelopes etc. It took us a good part of the morning.
Last night a queer thing happened. Addie heard Miss Rey groaning and moving around in her bed, and thinking Miss Rey was ill she called Mrs Mason. When Mrs Mason went in the room, Miss
