Arthur up early & off to Huntington — not feeling well — as he mentioned later.  Both to Northport.  I ironing. .  Arthur had nap in P.M.  I wrote note to Dorothy L. walked to P. O. with it and Mother's birthday — Marian, Ivie, & Brooksie here.

The lovely Indian summer still here — but trees beginning to look like fall - Arthur had slight temperature so stayed quiet. 
*Did two water colors from glass studio.  Ivie & Brooksie in for few minutes.  I finished ironing  Washed hair — Sat out — beach comed our our yard — Both to Muellers for beer —
