After this went for supper to University Club. Met there [[red underline]] Arthur Scribner [[/red underline]] and Robert Bridges, all the other friends were [[strikethrough]] absent [[/strikethrough]] absent. This has been another strenuous day
Jan 29. Another very busy day with affairs of G.B. Co. Afternoon had visit of [[red underline]] Lawrence Byck [[/red underline]] in relation to [[red underline]] Embed Art Co. [[/red underline]] Told him how I had been under impression that procrastination was due to them while there

seems to have been simply a misunderstanding between [[red underline]] Rossi [[/red underline]] and myself and the former seems to have been unaware that I wanted report before last Director's meeting. 
[[red underline]] George Roll [[/red underline]] present as in all former conferences this week.
Told [[red underline]] Lawrence [[/red underline]] that matter was not ended and that I intended to bring it up before our directors at some future occasion after I had discussed further with Rossi. [[red underline]] George Roll [[/red underline]] will go up to take a look at what has been done. Basis for an arrangement would be more or less along the lines expressed in the letter of Rossi on this subject. Dec. 1920.
