many years ago I had looked forward to a consolidation of our two companies with Kirk Brown at the head. But that subsequent events with his company [[underlined in red]] had made me distrustful of Frank Dyer and himself. [[/underlined in red]]

mit the matter to him for further suggestions. He [[underlined in red]] seems favorably disposed but started talking about the fact that we do not push enough our infringement suits [[/underlined in red]] etc etc. Told him that [[underlined in red]] Chatfield [[/underlined in red]] had promised a decision before long and reasons why all these delays had happened.
