Up island to look over proposed Ocracoke Refuge. It is small but can be made a honey. Mosquitoes bad on marsh. There were about 150 Ocracoke Geese and a few black ducks in the area. Building of the artist who wants to give us his property cheap would make a good headquarters. Fished a while in PM, and Red caught a Coalfish the first of the season for Ocracoke.
