Sunday 20th July 1924. Strong cove N. wind; but exceedingly hot sun all day.

[[underlined]] Odynerus pictus [[/underlined]] [[2 male symbols]] & [[2 female symbols]] seen.

Monday 21 st. July. A glorious sunny day with cool N. wind. Very hot out of wind. Bohereen & hillside N. of Marrinan's Farm, bloomcoose, 3  miles N. of L. Inchiquin (where Phillip took [[underlined]]  Argynnis [[euphrosigne?]] [[/underlined]] in 1923).
[[underlined]] Pompilus nigerrimus [[/underlined]] [[male symbol]] [[female symbol]] seen.
[[underlined]] Ceropalas masulatus [[/underlined]] [[male symbol]] & [[female symbol]] Saw but failed (5 times) to capture a [[female symbol]] [[underlined]] Agenia [[/underlined]]!
[[underlined]] Halictus fregyessneri [[/underlined]] [[2 female symbols]]
" [[Ditto for: Halictus]] smeathmanellus 1 typical [[female symbol]].
" [[Ditto for: Halictus]] calceatus [[2 female symbols]] on [[underlined]] Geranium Robertianum [[/underlined]] !
