The Board of Regents determined that in view of the many programmatic advantages as well as the ultimate financial benefits to be derived from this project, the following motion would be adopted and it was:

VOTED, That the Board of Regents approves proceeding with the West Court construction as previously authorized at the Regents' meeting on September 24, 1974 and as revised in accordance with the document dated January 21, 1975 contained in the minutes of this meeting.
