My dear friend:
^[[ [[underlined]] Lucy [[/underlined]]]]

We were [[underlined]] very [[/underlined]] glad to hear from you. I intended to write to you & Mrs. Wood just as soon as I got back but I have not had time as I had to use all my extra time in studying. Sunday is the only day I am not busy but in the morning I am very tired and in the afternoon Susie and I go to read to some poor colored people. I wrote to Mrs. Wood just last week in answer
