SENTENCE.

And the Court does therefore sentence him, Private [[italics]] Charles Lewis, [[/italics]] Lt. Co. E, 3d U. S. Artillery, [[italics]] "To be confined at hard labor for thirty (30) days, at such place as the Commanding General shall direct, and that he forfeit to the United States fourteen dollars ($14) of his monthly pay." [[/italics]]

II. The proceedings, findings and sentences in the foregoing cases are approved and confirmed. The forfeiture will be entered on the company rolls and the sentences,so far as they relate to confinement at hard labor, will be executed under direction of the commanding officer of the District of Raleigh.
