Col. PEARSON,- Chief of the Administration Division which he conducts in a practical way characteristic of American officers.

Col. W. E. GILMORE,- Chief of the Supply Group, which functions like a machine of precision, the supplies being regulated to the minutest details.

Lt. Col. HICKAM,- Chief of the Information Group and, as such, subjected to daily torture by the various sir attaches, from whom he often escapes in an airplane, with which he performs the most amazing acrobatics.

Lt. Col. H. E. HARTNEY,-Gen. Mitchell's right-hand man, a bold and enthusiastic pilot and superintendent of all practice flying.
