Dear Sir:-
In reference to [[strikethrough]] to [[/strikethrough]] the matter of printing, spoken of by you and myself when I was in Jackson, I would say that $100.00 per month and rations is the lowest possible figures for which I could take charge of your printing office. I have a family to support and less wages would not pay me. I could not take charge before the first of next month. I could make more money at my trade by working in this city, but my wounds disable me from working on a daily paper where there is much night work to be done.
