Ever so many thanks for your nice note of September 29th.

I am terribly sorry to hear that Mrs. Dillman is still doctoring, and fully realize that she has been put on a very strict diet.

It was so nice seeing you here in New York, though I hope your next visit will be more extensive. 

Kindly remember me to your husband, and hoping my lines find you both in good health and spirits, and with many good wishes and kindest personal regards,
