2nd that he was without kindred in the County, was of negative character, had but few friends died at the house of J.W. Lunsford
3rd that the statement of Frances Hopson made in her petition reciting the circumstances of his death, and the subsequent action of H.P. Reid, are substantially correct as are also her statements in regard to Marshalls nuncupative will,
4th that H.P. Reid took into his immediate possession the entire effects - recited above, and still hold them except the silver watch which he afterwards gave to Frances saying to her she could keep that.
5th that on the eleventh day of March last, said Reid filed his petition
