I Lieut. [[underlined]] J.B. Aringdale [[/underlined]], 5th U.S. Col.  of Artillery (Heavy) is hereby relieved from duty in this Bureau and will without delay report to the Commanding Officer of his Regiment for duty.
      
II Lieut. [[underlined]] J.R. Blanding [[/underlined]]. Veteran Reserve Corps, having reported to this office in compliance with Special Orders No 32 Current Series Bureau Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands, is assigned to duty as Assistant Sub Commissioner District of Grenada, and will report without delay to Capt. S Marvin Sub Commissioner at Grenada Miss.

[[underlined]] I L. Chapman [[/underlined]], citizen on Vicksberg. Miss is hereby ordered to report at once to this office all land occupied and used by him, lying South of this City and known as the [[underlined]] "R. I. Rinther property" [[/underlined]] with amount of rents paid, and to whom, and the manner in which the property is held. 
All rents due or what have been collected by Mr Chapman former Sub = lessons will be held subject to the order of this office. ~
[[underlined]] II [[/underlined]] Sub Commissioner [[underlined]] R. S. Donaldson [[/underlined]] is hereby relieved from duty as Sub Commissioner of District of Jackson, and will present his accounts at this office for settlement without delay. ~
