Sergeant Henry Creaton "M" [[?]] 5th U.S. Colored Artillery (Navy) on duty at this office will take in charge Seven colored persons (Dick) and proceed with them to Lauderdale and then turn them over to the Surgeon in charge of Freedmen's Hospital.
Upon the completion of this duty he will return to this post without delay.

I Capt W. N. Eldridge. Veteran Reserve Corps. is hereby relieved from duty in District of Brookhaven, and assigned as Assist and Sub Commissioner District of Grenada to report to Capt S Marvin Sub Commissioner of Grenada. 

II Lieut D. M. White. Veteran Reserve Corps having reported to this office in compliance with Special Orders No 32 current series.  Bureau Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands is assigned as Assistant Sub Commissioner District of Brookhaven, to report to Capt Z. R. Chatfield. Sub Commissioner at Brookhaven, Miss.


III Lieut Stuart Eldridge, [U. S. C. F.?] Acting Assistant Adjutant General will proceed to Jackson, Brookhaven, Meridian, Lauderdale, Columbus, Grenada, Holly Springs and [[?]] inspecting the affairs of this Bureau at these points, on the completion of which business, he will without delay report to this office.

IV [[?]] Lieut [[?]] T. B. Hood, [[?]] [[?]] chief will proceed without delay. [[?]] Jackson, Meridian, [[?]] Lauderdale, inspecting the medical affairs of this Bureau at these points, on the completion of which business he will return to this office.
