The wagons, ambulance & Harness all need thorough repair, which I find quite impracticable to do under the present arrangements.

In view of the proposed change I respectfully ask authority to Rent a Building to be used as a stable & Repair Shop, at a monthly Rent of not more than 40$, and also authority to to repair the Transportation of the Bureau, at the Shops in Town, or to hire one man as Blacksmith, and one man as wheel-wright, or wagon maker, until such repairs shall be made, with authority to make the necessary purchases of material for the same.
